Prepare for your meeting
Whether you are coming to see us for a particular job or for a more general career discussion, please ensure you have adequately prepared. Please review your cv and be ready to talk through good examples of your experience. If you are coming to talk to us about a role you have applied for, please ensure you have read the job specification and researched the organisation so you are ready to discuss why you think your skills and experience are a good fit.
Honour meeting arrangements
A shocking statistic: 2 out of 5 people simply don’t turn up for interview. Of course we recognise business circumstances can force a change in plan. We respect your time as much as we hope you respect ours, so if you can’t make the meeting with either us or the client, please let us know with as much notice as possible.
Change of circumstances
Please remember to let us know of any change of circumstances, whether that is simply a pay review in your current role or a change of address.
This helps us to consider you for the right opportunities as we have the very latest information. If you don’t tell us, we may not identify you quickly - or at all!
Respond to our approach
If you receive an approach from Courtenay about an opportunity, please try and return our communication within 24 hours. It will really help us to ascertain your commitment to the opportunity and save any frustration you may experience when we repeatedly try to reach you.
