Good news for the closet researchers among you - our detailed research report from the Best Places to Work in HR initiative has now been published.

Now that the dust has settled following the awards, we have crunched the data and created a detailed report showing the overall landscape for HR within the participating organisations.  The report has a summary of the key highlights from the research and goes into significant detail by Organisation size and Sector.

Interesting reading and there are definitely some common themes across all sectors, namely;

  • Benefits
  • Maternity
  • Working Hours
  • Reward and Recognition

Whilst there are common themes, some organisations do fair better than others, with large private sector companies featuring strongly in the top 10 and medium sized public sector organisations fairing worst overall.
