The Courtenay HR Beta Map™ has been specifically designed to fill a gap in the assessment of HR professionals. Based on the work of industry thought leaders, including David Ulrich, and incorporating character, workstyle and experience mapping the Courtney HR Beta Map™ sets the standard in benchmarking HR talent.

Every HR professional we meet, whether it be for a specific opportunity or for an informal career discussion goes through this assessment, which is included as part of our standard service to clients.

In addition, the system has been designed for clients to use for themselves if they wish. We wanted to create something that is robust enough to be used independently by clients should they embark on their own resourcing projects, which seems to be a growing trend. The system comes with complete user instructions, templates and implementation support.

Assessment Centres - putting them through their paces...

Building on our profiling techniques and our understanding of the critical success factors in HR, we have designed an assessment centre process, which can be incorporated into an assignment process or delivered stand alone as a candidate benchmarking exercise. It is particularly useful as a stand-alone project for either assessment of HR professionals in situ, or to benchmark a number of potential candidates where multiple hires are taking place (perhaps in a regional setting) and the candidates have been sourced from a number of independent routes. In this context a common, consistent benchmarking of quality can be obtained.
