Building on the success of last year, the event brought together the best organisations across both the private and public sectors, large and small, to be judged on the following categories:
This year it was the turn of Wilts Wholesale Electrical Co Ltd to clean up, winning a whopping 3 awards - Best in Leadership, Best in Employee Engagement (joint winners) and Best in Reward and Recognition.
Congratulations go to Anne Downey and her team at Motability Operations who picked up two awards - Best Medium Sized Company and Best Overall - building on their success last year where they picked up Best Medium Sized HR Department. I know Anne is delighted and so she should be as its a great indicator of the progressive people environment at Motability.
Two other organisations also re-appeared this year. Broadway housing who almost swept the table last year return to claim Best Small HR Department and Cabot Financial have also made a triumphant return to take the Best in Professional Development Award. Nice to see some familiar faces!
